How do I remove ads?

SWAGFLIP is a free-to-play game supported by advertisements. While we don't currently offer a paid ad-free version, you can minimize ad interruptions by playing in airplane mode (though some features may be unavailable).

Can I restore my purchases?

In-app purchases are tied to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play account (Android). If you reinstall the app or switch devices using the same account, your purchases should restore automatically. If not, check your app store's purchase history or contact support.

The game crashes or won't load. What should I do?

Try these troubleshooting steps:

• Force close the app and restart it
• Restart your device
• Ensure you have the latest version of SWAGFLIP installed
• Check that your device meets the minimum OS requirements
• Free up storage space on your device

If the issue persists, please contact us with details about your device and the problem.

How do I delete my account or data?

SWAGFLIP does not require account creation. Game progress is stored locally on your device. To delete all data:

• iOS: Uninstall the app. This will remove all local game data.
• Android: Go to Settings > Apps > SWAGFLIP > Storage > Clear Data, then uninstall the app.

Yes! SWAGFLIP can be played without an internet connection. However, ads and some online features (like leaderboards, if implemented) require connectivity.
